Inspector Vijay Prakash is a publicity-hungry officer, while on taking a case, he falls for Shalini, an Advocate. Later he takes up a mission of retrieving an important file which contains military secrets of the Indian intelligence agencies. While investigating the case, Vijay finds a connection between the file and an ex-spy named Chandra Bose aka Sardar, who is also a master-in-disguise. He learns to know more about his dad’s (Vijay Prakash) true life. Sameera is a social activist, who also has an important role. What is Sardar’s connection to file and Vijay (as Sardar resembles Vijay) forms the crux of the plot.
